Lors de mon dernier passage au Spa Eastman, je suis tombée sur l’atelier de soirée, animé par Eugénie Francoeur sur l’Art de la méditation. Je n’avais encore jamais rencontré Eugénie, mais avec ce qu’en disait Nicole sur ce blogue (lire son commentaire ici) quelques jours avant mon séjour, je n’allais évidemment pas rater l’occasion d’assister à son atelier.
